About the job Budget Management Officer
Job Description
- Lead Budget Planning process of CTO departments in overall to align the company direction.
- Manage CAPEX PO/Cashout progress monthly
- Manage OPEX progress monthly
- Manage Capex Open PO and cancelled PO progress in monthly manner
- Manage CTO PO report, CTO PR report, CTO Capex/Opex Invoice report
- Support budget management of other departments.
- Support CTO departments' internal audit requirement.
- Guide and suggest to team members to improve their practices
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in related field
- Minimum 5 years working Experience in finance field.
- Working knowledge in Budget Management in telecom industry.
- Finance knowledge is preferrable.
- Understanding business practices, approaches
- Microsoft office(Excel/word/e-mail)
Proficient in various excel functions.
