About the job Audit Coordinator

The role holder will be responsible to assist in the organization auditing process as coordinator.  

Job Description:

  • Assist Team for Audit Process including initial preparation of Audit documents and take notes in the interview with Auditee and overall checking (Pre-Audit Notice to Improvement Report), transportation, and meeting room arrangement within Yangon area
  • Provide Business trip arrangement (incl. accommodation requirements) for site visit to S&R offices up to payment procedure with respective Vendor
  • Assist Team Manager and support for Team activities by proactive work for Audit Activity
  • To practice Internal Audit based on the manuals & procedures and to attend departmental trainings without fail to have proficient audit skill
  • To contribute effective suggestion & support for in-house training improvement by evidence-based practice
  • To assist Head and Dy Head in preparation of documents by using Myanmar fonts for Government reporting.

Job Requirement:

  • Any bachelor's degree, Certificate in LCCI, Internal Auditor Certification, etc..
  • More than 1 year experience in Administration &/or Business Management
  • Understanding complete whole audit work with document & time schedule
  • Assisting Team Manager & Team Members with objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office Tools
  • Excellent Speak and writing in English, Myanmar with smooth communication
