Job Summary:

As the Branded Shop Planning PIC, you will be responsible for planning and executing strategies to drive sales and promote our brand in our retail shops. You will work closely with the sales team and collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of marketing and sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for our branded shops in line with company objectives
• Communicate with RCL-2 & RBIs to achieve operational department's goals (Route Plan,  Trip Expense,  report checking, checking Kiss flow process, reviewing their sale performance, promoter assigned and resigned, and sharing updated information)
• To manage and support RPL, PL, and Promoter daily operations (Assign/Resign, Route Plan,  Trip Expense, check the report, check & approve Kiss flow, training, check and calculate monthly salary & incentive)
• Mobile Money Initiate for Own shop and DD team. Summarize monthly reports to Management.
• To send Satisfaction survey SMS align with related Team by weekly Summarize raw data for monthly data calculation
• System Operational Support
• Financial Monitoring and Reporting
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns to attract customers to the shops

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software (Especially Excel)
• Fluent in English and local language
• Data Extract experiences
• Skillful at data summarizing and calculation
