About the job English Trainer

This role holder will be responsible to leverage our employees in English communication effectively with people. Reinforce the employee in business-related vocabulary, industry-specific language, effective communication strategies, and cultural nuances. (We are opening for Local Only).

Job Description

  • To take part in drawing master plan based on TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and organization needs.
  • To deliver Online as well as classroom Training with updated lesson materials.
  • To Keep track with employee's progress and report to management
  • To conduct Business English and customized English classes in line with the necessity of employees.
  • To do course development and modify the teaching materials from time to time.
  • To perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager and Senior Management.
  • To take part in accessing and evaluating Process of English Placement test for employees.

Requirements

  • Master or bachelor's degree in English or MA TEFL
  • Internationally recognized ESL Diploma or certificate; CELTA (or) TESOL or TKT
  • Must have experience in teaching English at least (3 years), prefer teaching experience in Coporate Training
  • Knowledge and experience with the communicative teaching method and ELT resource materials, incorporation of technology in the classroom.
  • Advanced knowledge of blended teaching method with technology
  • Excellent knowledge on assessment and evaluation
  • Knowledge of fundamental business concept
  • Good interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
