Position: Ownshop Team PIC

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as the Ownshop Team PIC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our ownshop team and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores. You will be working closely with our sales team, as well as other departments, to ensure that our customers receive the best service possible.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist.
• Answer customer inquiries and handle complaints.
• Provide product information and recommendations.
• Assist customers in making purchases.
• Upsell and cross-sell products.
• Process transactions at the checkout.
• Arrange and display products attractively.
• Rotate stock to ensure freshness and manage inventory levels.
• Assist in stocktaking and inventory audits.
• Keep the store clean and tidy.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas including. >Restrooms, aisles, and display areas.
• Ensure safety and security measures are followed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in related jobs and knowledge of telecommunications industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Myanmar language
