Technical Engineer (Training)

Responsibilities

• To develop and deliver any of Electrical or transport network or radio access network training programs to employees.
• To analyze the training needs from organization and make the related training plan.
• To customize related training programs to meet the specific needs of different audiences.
• To involve in training improvement discussion or projects and contribute ideas to team.
• To collaborate with department and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
• To instruct and support to trainees to help them for practical trainings.
• To keep update with the latest trends, developments, advanced technologies, tools and teaching methodologies in the industry.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Electronic Communication.
• Proven experiences in Electrical or transport network or RAN fields.
• Passion for learning and development.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
