Job Description
- Arranging appointments, meetings, and events, and managing calendars for executives or teams.
- Providing assistance to Team Manager and DGMs such as preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
- Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for business trips and conferences.
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived.
- Handling any other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
