Job Summary:

As the Service Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new service opportunities for our company. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of new services and ensure their successful integration into our existing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team focused on the development and enhancement of MPT4U.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the MPT4U with a focus on specific functionalities.
  • Drive initiatives to improve the user experience within the product, ensuring ease of use and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to integrate services seamlessly.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance of MPT4U.
  • Analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and technologies to incorporate into the product.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential service opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop service strategies and pricing models
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
  • Lead the development and implementation of new services, including creating project plans and timelines - Monitor and evaluate the success of new services and make recommendations for improvements
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new services into existing operations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify potential areas for growth and development
  • Train and mentor team members on new services and processes - Prepare and present reports on service development progress and results to senior management

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • A relevant master's degree is a plus.
  • +5 Years experience in the Telecom industry with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • In-depth understanding of the telecom industry.
