Position Summary:

- Proven track record in sales within the healthcare staffing industry, ideally with
experience in both staffing marketplaces and direct hiring services.
2. Client Acquisition:

- Focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
3. Relationship Building:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs.
4. Sales Process Management:

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
5. Targeted Outreach:

- Utilize a combination of cold calling, emailing, and networking to reach potential clients.
6. Performance Metrics:

- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
7. Collaborative Environment:

Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure client satisfaction and business success.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven track record in sales within the healthcare staffing industry, with experience in both staffing marketplaces and direct hiring services.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a sales team, including setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and driving team performance.
Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with healthcare facilities.
- Experience with AI tools and their application in improving staffing solutions and sales processes.
- Knowledge of CMS staffing standards.
Expertise in managing the entire sales process and proficiency in using CRM systems.
Experience in training and developing sales teams.
Deep understanding of the healthcare market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
