About the Job:
We are looking to hire a digital project manager who will serve as the main point of contact for managing and facilitating the delivery of media and tech-focused campaigns and projects. This person will coordinate with multiple teams (clients, vendors, and internal agency teams) to ensure successful project delivery, including meeting deadlines, staying within scope, and managing budgets.
Function:
- This role offers a hybrid work schedule, with an expectation to be in the office 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays recommended) or when needed for client meetings
- Collaborate with the Account, Media, Strategy, and Development teams to ensure proper project staffing and resource allocation
- Lead project management efforts for media and tech campaigns, ensuring clear communication across all teams involved
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account Leads to define project scope, costs, and briefs for media and development projects
- Develop detailed timelines and communicate deadlines to all project stakeholders
- Ensure the team has the information and resources needed to successfully execute each project
- Clearly communicate and ensure all project requirements are understood by all team members and clients
- Schedule and attend all project meetings, ensuring milestones are tracked and discussed
- Manage project workflow in our project management platform, ensuring efficiency and alignment across teams
- Oversee internal iterations of deliverables and ensure all revisions are addressed before client presentation
- Send work for review and approval to clients, ensuring clear communication around revisions and feedback
- Maintain status reports and lead client status calls, keeping stakeholders informed on project progress
- Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring adjustments are communicated effectively
- Ensure high-quality work by overseeing the QA process, proofreading, and reviewing deliverables before they reach clients
- Ensure proper project close-out, including archiving files and assets for easy future access
- In-office support: Organize and prep for in-office client presentations, assist with office tidiness, and help with planning agency culture events
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of relevant agency experience in media, development, or project management
- Strong experience with media and digital development project workflows and understanding of project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Asana)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to clearly articulate complex project details
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Flexible and solutions-oriented, with a positive attitude and the ability to adapt when resourcing needs change
- Strong budget and scope management skills to keep projects on track
- A team-oriented leader who thrives in collaborative settings but is also self-sufficient when necessary
- Digital experience is required, including management of detailed tech projects that can include tracking, marketing automation, strategy, website projects, etc.
- Agency experience is required, with a deep understanding of the creative and media project dynamics
- Ability to thrive in a structured process while remaining adaptable and flexible when necessary
