Atlassian Platform Operations Specialist

We're recruiting an Atlassian Platform Operations Specialist (m/f) to strengthen our team in Portugal with the possibility of working in a remote model.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar fields (preferred);
• 4 years (minimum) hands-on experience administering Jira Cloud and Confluence in a corporate environment;
• Experience with Atlassian administration, including workflows, permissions, and automation;
• Knowledge of user support processes and ITSM practices;
• Knowledge of migrations from Data Center to Cloud;
• Certifications: Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP-120) Jira Administration for Cloud, ACP-100 Jira Administration for Data Center and Server, ACP-620 Managing Jira Projects for Cloud, ACP-420 Confluence Space Administration e ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred);
• Fluency in Portuguese or English (mandatory);
