Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

We are recruiting a Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (m/f) to strengthen our team in Porto or Lisbon, with the possibility of working in a hybrid mode.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (mandatory);
• 5 years (minimum) of experience as a functional consultant in the Dynamics 365 CRM platform;
• Strong knowledge of Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service);
• Experience in managing complex projects, including system integrations and the combined use of the Power Platform;
• Experience in developing comprehensive functional documentation (Functional Design Documents) aligned with Dynamics 365 best practices;
• Experience in driving advanced customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 solutions, with a strong focus on scalability and performance;
• Experience in leading the design, planning, and execution of functional and user acceptance tests (UAT), guaranteeing that all business requirements are met;
• Experience in producing test plans, user manuals, and training materials tailored to end users and operational teams;
• Experience in promoting and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in internal processes and functional methodologies.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written, advanced level);
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications (a plus).
