One of our clients is looking for a high-performing Integrator / Chief of Staff to serve as the operational cornerstone of our leadership team. This hybrid role merges the executional discipline of an EOS Integrator with the strategic foresight of a Chief of Staff. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to bring strategic vision to life, drive organizational alignment, and establish scalable systems and rhythms that support long-term growth.

You will act as the link between vision and execution, ensuring goals are met, teams are aligned, and the business operates with clarity, structure, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Strategic Execution

  • Lead the creation, implementation, and tracking of quarterly and annual business plans.

  • Translate the company strategy into actionable objectives and clear deliverables across departments.

Lead EOS Rhythms & Accountability

  • Facilitate weekly L10 meetings, quarterly planning sessions, and scorecard reviews.

  • Maintain strong accountability practices aligned with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) or similar frameworks.

Strategic Partnership with CEO

  • Act as the CEO’s right hand, providing operational support and strategic insight.

  • Manage internal execution so the CEO can focus on innovation, relationships, and growth.

Optimize Operations & Metrics

  • Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs), business scorecards, and departmental reporting to ensure operational effectiveness.

  • Identify and address inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or misalignments within core operations.

Process Improvement & Systemization

  • Document, refine, and scale business processes across sales, service delivery, and marketing.

  • Build systems that drive consistency, predictability, and quality as the organization scales.

Leadership Alignment & Collaboration

  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
    Maintain leadership focus on top priorities and act as a proxy for the CEO in key initiatives and meetings.

Culture & Organizational Development

  • Champion company values and foster a performance-driven, collaborative workplace culture.

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and team development initiatives to build a strong organizational foundation.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operational leadership role (Integrator, Chief of Staff, or similar), ideally in professional services, consulting, or advisory settings.

  • Proven success in scaling operations and leading strategic execution in high-growth environments.

  • Deep understanding of EOS or comparable business operating systems.

  • Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams, drive accountability, and maintain focus on strategic priorities.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • High emotional intelligence and low egoable to lead with influence rather than authority.

  • Comfortable interpreting and acting on financial and performance metrics.

  • Amenable to work between Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time (EDT/EST)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in or with B2B sales consulting, enablement, or advisory services.

  • EOS certification or formal training in the Entrepreneurial Operating System.

  • Experience implementing business systems and scaling operations in startups or lean organizations.

  • Familiarity with process documentation tools, project management software, and performance dashboards.

  • Strong cultural alignment with mission-driven, values-based leadership and long-term strategic thinking


Pay: $1500 + $55 Allowance per month

Employment type: Full Time

Working hours: Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time (EDT/EST)
