One of our clients is looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact B2B marketing initiatives, with a focus on lead generation, workshop promotion, and thought leadership amplification. This is a highly hands-on role ideal for a marketing executor, not a strategist looking to stay in the clouds, but a doer who thrives on building, optimizing, and driving outcomes.
Reporting directly to the leadership team, the Marketing Manager will work within strategic frameworks to deploy digital campaigns, improve marketing funnels, increase engagement across platforms, and support scalable processes that align with the company’s mission of achieving 5x profitable growth over the next 57 years.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution
Run marketing campaigns to promote speaking engagements, workshops, and training programs.
Ensure high visibility and strong attendance through targeted promotion strategies.
Funnel Optimization & Lead Generation
Enhance digital marketing funnels to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
Drive consistent, scalable lead generation aligned with growth goals.
Utilize A/B testing and analytics to continuously improve conversion rates.
Content Strategy & Community Engagement
Manage and maintain a robust content calendar across platforms.
Develop and repurpose content to boost social engagement and newsletter subscriptions.
Build and nurture a community of engaged followers and prospects.
Referral & Partner Marketing
Execute referral initiatives and partner campaigns to expand market reach.
Manage partnership communications and optimize collaborative marketing efforts.
Marketing Operations & Systemization
Oversee marketing vendors and ensure efficient execution of campaigns.
Streamline internal processes for improved productivity and clarity.
Track KPIs and campaign performance, producing regular reports with actionable insights.
Strategic Autonomy & Collaboration
Maintain ownership over the execution and optimization of campaigns, content, and funnels.
Collaborate with leadership for decisions on major brand shifts, platform expansions, or budget reallocations.
Ad Hoc Tasks
Support marketing-related initiatives as needed to meet broader organizational goals.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years in B2B digital marketing, with proven success in lead generation and campaign execution.
Demonstrated ability to optimize marketing funnels and manage end-to-end campaigns.
Experience with content marketing and building communities across digital platforms.
Familiarity with referral marketing and partner outreach strategies.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in digital tools for campaign management, analytics, and automation.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and pivot quickly.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, lean startup environment.
Amenable to work between Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time (EDT/EST)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a fast-growing consulting firm or startup environment.
Background in workshop/event marketing or professional services marketing.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and campaign platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier).
A passion for scaling systems and a track record of implementing operational efficiencies.
Familiarity with SEO/SEM and performance advertising platforms.
Pay: $900 - $1100 + $55 Allowance per month

Working hours: Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time (EDT/EST)
