On behalf of Geraci LLP and its related entities, we are seeking a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for both strategy and execution. The marketing manager will oversee the marketing team, set direction, implement campaigns, and ensure alignment with leadership objectives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage people, processes, and performance while still rolling up their sleeves when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and own the overall marketing strategy aligned with the firm and entity-level goals
    • Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans, campaigns, and KPIs
    • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all platforms
    • Plan and manage marketing calendars, launches, and promotions
  • Team Leadership & Management:
    • Lead, coach, and manage the marketing team (content, design, social, paid ads, email, etc.)
    • Set clear expectations, priorities, and deadlines for team members
    • Review outputs and ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment
    • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
  • Execution & Campaign Management:
    • Oversee execution of digital marketing campaigns (email, social, paid media, content)
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support product launches, events, and promotions
    • Ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time and within scope
    • Step in to execute or troubleshoot when needed to keep momentum
  • Analytics & Optimization:
    • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI
    • Use data to optimize funnels, messaging, and channel mix
      Present insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with leadership, sales, operations, and external partners
    • Align marketing efforts with revenue, growth, and client acquisition goals
    • Manage vendors, freelancers, and agencies as needed.
  • Ad Hoc & Strategic Projects:
    • Support special initiatives, new entity launches, and leadership-driven projects
    • Continuously improve systems, workflows, and marketing processes

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role
  • Strong background in both marketing strategy and hands-on execution
  • Experience managing and developing a marketing team
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and funnels
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
  • Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country's equivalent), is required before onboarding.

Working Hours:
Full Time (40 hours per week)
Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time
Work Type: In-office at Irvine, California

Pay Range: $60,000 to 70,000 annually
