On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly skilled Brand & Content Marketing Specialist to support the growth of a modern, design-forward mortgage brand. This role focuses on social media strategy, content creation, video production, and high-end marketing materials, playing a key part in elevating the brand, generating leads, and supporting real estate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media & Content Strategy
    • Develop and manage a modern, cohesive social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
    • Create engaging, on-brand content that is intentional and differentiated — not generic or trend-chasing without strategy
    • Plan and execute content calendars aligned with business goals and lead generation
    • Stay ahead of platform trends while maintaining a consistent, elevated brand voice
  • Video Content & Editing
    • Produce and edit high-quality video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube, etc.)
    • Apply strong storytelling, pacing, captions, and transitions to create polished, engaging videos
    • Assist in directing and capturing content with loan officers and real estate partners
    • Turn everyday mortgage topics into content people actually want to watch
  • High-End Marketing Materials
    • Design premium flyers, brochures, and digital marketing assets that reflect a modern, sophisticated brand
    • Ensure all materials are clean, visually compelling, and never generic or template-driven
    • Translate mortgage and financial information into clear, engaging, and well-designed visuals
    • Maintain and elevate brand consistency across all materials
  • Open House & Rapid-Turn Marketing
    • Create high-quality open house flyers and marketing materials on short notice
    • Deliver same-day or next-day designs without compromising visual standards
    • Collaborate with realtors and loan officers to produce co-branded materials for active listings and events
    • Maintain speed while ensuring attention to detail and premium design quality
  • Co-Branded Marketing & Realtor Partnerships
    • Work closely with real estate agents to develop co-branded marketing campaigns and materials
    • Ensure all co-branded content feels cohesive, elevated, and aligned with both brands
    • Support relationship-building efforts through thoughtful, high-quality marketing execution
  • Realtor Outreach & Email Campaigns
    • Create and manage strategic email campaigns targeting real estate partners
    • Design visually polished, high-converting emails — not generic mass blasts
    • Write compelling, brand-aligned copy that communicates value and drives engagement
    • Segment audiences and track performance (open rates, clicks, conversions) to optimize results
  • Brand Growth & Execution
    • Contribute to building a distinct, recognizable, and elevated brand presence
    • Support campaigns, launches, and promotions with high-quality creative execution
    • Continuously refine content and marketing based on performance and market response
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks
    • Assist with other marketing or creative tasks as needed
    • Support team initiatives that require quick turnaround or additional creative input

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Brand and Content Marketing
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, high-quality, non-generic design and content work
  • Experience in social media management, content creation, and video editing
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva (advanced), CapCut, Final Cut, or similar
  • Strong understanding of current design trends and social media platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
  • Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country’s equivalent), is required before onboarding.

Preferred Experience

  • Mortgage, real estate, or financial services marketing experience
  • Experience with co-branded marketing and referral-based partnerships
  • Photography/videography experience is a plus

Working Hours:
Full-Time (40 hours per week), 
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time

Pay: $900+ $55 Allowance per month
