On behalf of our client, were seeking a Business Operations Analyst who is analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-focused. This fully remote role sits at the center of our clients operations, ensuring the reporting is accurate and client-ready, their systems scale effectively, and their processes continuously improve. You will partner closely with client-facing teams, leadership, and external vendors to deliver insights, strengthen workflows, and drive operational precision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client-Ready Reporting & Insights:
- Prepare polished, accurate data reports for enterprise client conversations
- Build, maintain, and analyze HubSpot dashboards and operational reporting
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across systems
- Operational Excellence:
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and operational bottlenecks
- Triage and troubleshoot issues based on business and client impact
- Recommend and implement scalable process improvements
- Document and standardize core operating procedures
- Drive operational follow-through across client-facing, operational, and leadership teams
- Own time-sensitive, business-critical operational tasks
- Communication & Cross-Functional Execution:
- Draft and send clear, professional communications to clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure operational follow-through across teams
- Maintain strong coordination between teams to ensure operational excellence
- Vendor & Systems Optimization:
- Meet with third-party vendors to improve workflows and system performance
- Evaluate vendor processes and recommend efficiency improvements
- Identify automation and tooling opportunities to enhance scalability
- High-Impact Execution:
- Own time-sensitive, business-critical operational tasks
- Support leadership with data analysis and execution on strategic priorities
- Proactively identify gaps and solve problems before they escalate
- Ad-Hoc Tasks:
- Support process improvements or documentation updates as needed.
- Assist with special projects or reporting assigned by the U.S. operations staff.
- Participate in training or cross-functional activities when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–5 years in BizOps/RevOps/Analytics/Client Ops delivering operational reporting and process improvement in a scaling environment
- Background in fintech, benefits, HR tech, or other high-trust / sensitive-data environments
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivots, advanced formulas) to build recurring KPI reporting and automated reporting workflows
- CRM reporting experience (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce or similar acceptable), including dashboard maintenance and data hygiene
- Strong data quality discipline: define metrics clearly, validate inputs/outputs, and run QA to prevent client-facing errors
- Ownership of client-ready reporting deliverables (weekly/monthly KPI packs, KPI reviews, and on-time report delivery)
- Ability to manage and reconcile data across systems to maintain a reliable source of truth (CRM + spreadsheets + vendor tools)
- Track record of identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing measurable improvements (time saved, fewer errors, faster turnaround)
- Experience partnering with vendors to improve processes and system performance
- Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
- Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country's equivalent), is required before onboarding.

Working Hours:
Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
Pay: $900+ $75 Allowance per month
