**YOUR ROLE:**
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the managerial and administrative aspects of construction projects, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, and safety. You'll work closely with owners and design teams to create preliminary concept drawings, manage subcontractor selection, and ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE:**
Your day will start with project meetings to review progress and address any challenges. Youll focus on estimating and scheduling, ensuring accurate project estimates are completed. Collaborating with the design team, youll develop preliminary concept drawings and participate in proposal meetings with clients to discuss scope and cost-saving measures. As you oversee the buyout process, youll select subcontractors and lead bi-weekly job site meetings. You'll be responsible for making sound decisions under tight deadlines, organizing multiple activities to ensure project success, and continuously evaluating processes to uphold quality standards.

**REQUIREMENTS:**
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- 3-7 years of design/build experience, preferably with wood-framed multi-family projects
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project

- Experience with project management software
- Background in construction safety practices
- Strong communication and leadership skills
