YOUR ROLE:
As the Project Executive, you will oversee the financial and operational aspects of multiple projects, ensuring profitability and resource optimization. You will mentor and manage a team of Project Managers and Engineers, facilitating their professional growth while maintaining strong relationships with General Contractors. Your role will involve regular project updates, contract evaluations, and strategic problem-solving to keep projects on track.

A TYPICAL DAY:
In a typical day, youll start by reviewing project financials and attending a morning meeting with your project team to discuss ongoing tasks and challenges. Youll analyze cost reports and prepare for a weekly project review, ensuring that all resources are aligned for success. Throughout the day, youll mentor team members, address any project issues, and communicate with General Contractors to maintain strong relationships. Youll also participate in monthly director meetings, providing insights on project statuses and strategic recommendations.
SALARY INFO:
Salary range is $100,000 - $170,000 per year, based on qualifications, skills, and experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management and financial oversight
NICE TO HAVES (PREFERRED):
- Experience with cost estimating and contract negotiations
- Familiarity with safety audits and quality management systems
- Strong technical knowledge of specialty equipment
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of mentoring team members
