**YOUR ROLE:**

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and directing a variety of structural engineering projects, preparing plans and specifications, conducting site inspections, and collaborating with team members to develop high-quality solutions.

**A TYPICAL DAY:**

Your day will begin by reviewing project timelines and discussing priorities with your team. You'll spend time designing and analyzing structural systems, using CAD software to prepare detailed plans. Field inspections will take you out to project sites, where you'll assess conditions and ensure compliance with design specifications. Collaboration will be key as you work alongside engineers of varying experience levels, brainstorming innovative solutions and guiding junior staff. You'll also have opportunities to engage with clients and stakeholders, refining project scopes and discussing progress.

**SALARY INFO:**

Salary range is $100,000+, depending on experience.

**REQUIREMENTS:**

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis

- Missouri Professional Engineer (PE) license required

- At least 5 years of full-time post-graduation experience in structural engineering

**NICE TO HAVES (PREFERRED):**

- Masters degree in structural engineering

- Proficiency in MicroStation CAD software

- Experience in project management and business development

- Strong knowledge of structural analysis software
