About The Role:
Were looking for a DTC Marketer & Creative Strategist who thrives at the intersection of storytelling and data. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing performance-focused creative strategies that directly impact revenue growth for DTC and e-commerce brands (typically in the $10M-$150M range).
This is a role for someone who loves getting into the weeds with founders, media buyers, and content creators to produce ad creatives that drive results. If you live for metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPA, and thrive in an iterative testing environment, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Own performance creative strategy for DTC brands, aligning all content to business goals and customer acquisition targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with media buyers, founders, and content teams to produce high-performing creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
- Lead creative testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate), analyze performance data, and translate insights into iterative creative updates.
- Produce or guide the development of direct-response creative including static ads, UGC videos, hooks, headlines, and landing page assets.
- Stay ahead of digital platform trends and continuously apply learnings to creative formats that maximize conversions and ROAS.
- Present creative strategy and performance insights to clients, clearly connecting visuals and messaging to data-backed outcomes.
- Drive content optimization for every stage of the e-commerce funnel from awareness to conversion to retention.
What You Bring
- 4-7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance creative, or digital strategy roles.
- Proven success working with DTC or e-commerce brands, ideally in the $10M$150M revenue range.
- Deep understanding of paid media performance, especially across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
- Ability to translate performance data into creative strategy and iterate based on whats working.
- Experience working in fast-paced, test-heavy environments alongside founders and lean teams.
- Strong creative instincts and the ability to brief, direct, and inspire creative partners.
Additional Information:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM ARG
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week
- Type of Contract: Independent contractor
