About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven marketing leader to take full ownership of our client's growth engine. As Senior Revenue & Growth Manager, you will lead demand generation efforts across channels, managing CRM systems, building automated workflows, and launching cold and inbound campaigns that generate qualified leads at scale.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales to ensure seamless alignment, while driving measurable results through every stage of the B2B buyer journey. This is a high-impact role for someone who is equal parts strategist and executor, ready to scale revenue in a fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement revenue growth and lead generation strategy.
Optimize CRM processes to track, nurture, and convert leads effectively. Includes report and dashboard creation.
Design, implement, and refine B2B buyer journeys and automated workflows to improve engagement and conversion rates
Write and oversee high-converting email marketing campaigns that nurture and convert leads
Develop and execute strategies for outbound and inbound marketing.
Work closely with sales team to optimize revenue driving initiatives.
Manage lead generation campaigns and deadlines.
Monitor key revenue and lead generation metrics. Using data to improve strategies and ROI.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience in B2B growth marketing and lead gen strategies.
Expertise in CRM (Salesforce) lead management and reports.
Background in marketing automation and email marketing campaigns.
Experience with cold lead acquisition and inbound marketing strategies.
Experience creating and optimizing b2b buyers to enhance lead nurturing and conversion.
Experience aligning different teams
Project management skills
Additional Information:
