About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in paid media, email marketing, and automation to lead our digital strategy. You will manage a team of specialists, optimize multi-channel campaigns, and drive lead generation efforts to support recruitment and business growth.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Project Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.
  • Oversee campaign execution and ensure deadlines are met using Asana.

Paid Media & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget optimization to improve performance.

SEO & Content Strategy

  • Oversee SEO best practices to enhance organic visibility and lead acquisition.
  • Align content strategies with marketing goals to improve engagement.

Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing

  • Develop and optimize email campaigns & automated drip sequences to nurture leads.
  • Monitor performance metrics and refine strategies to increase conversions.

LinkedIn Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Implement strategies to identify, engage, and nurture prospects via LinkedIn.
  • Leverage CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot for lead tracking and management.

Creative Development & AI Utilization

  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
  • Use AI-driven tools for content creation, audience targeting, and automation.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing & paid media campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.
  • Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Asana, Canva, and marketing automation tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English (written & verbal).

Additional Information:

  • ๐Ÿ’ป Working Hours: 9-5PM EST
  • ๐Ÿš€ Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
  • ๐Ÿ“„ Type of Contract: Independent contractor
  • ๐Ÿ’ฐ Compensation: $2,200 - $2,800 per month
