Your Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to actively search for potential candidates who align with our open roles
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans tailored to the needs of our clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements to identify the best-fit candidates (candidate screening)
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the process
  • Develop and nurture talent communities and talent pools within specific industries or skill sets

What Were Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or headhunting, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience sourcing talent for remote, international, or nearshore roles is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to ask critical questions during interviews to gauge candidate's abilities

Other:

  • Working Hours: Set schedule 10:00am-2:00pm PST (3-7pm Brazil)
  • 20 hours of work per week
  • Type of Contract: Independent contractor
