Your Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking
- Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to actively search for potential candidates who align with our open roles
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans tailored to the needs of our clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements to identify the best-fit candidates (candidate screening)
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the process
- Develop and nurture talent communities and talent pools within specific industries or skill sets
What Were Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or headhunting, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Experience sourcing talent for remote, international, or nearshore roles is a plus
- Strong knowledge of recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to ask critical questions during interviews to gauge candidate's abilities
Other:
- Working Hours: Set schedule 10:00am-2:00pm PST (3-7pm Brazil)
- 20 hours of work per week
- Type of Contract: Independent contractor
