We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong background in nearshore recruitment, staffing agency operations, and client management. The ideal candidate has experience working with English-speaking clients and a deep understanding of US business practices.

As the primary point of contact for clients, you will ensure their satisfaction, drive account growth, and contribute to the overall success of our global talent services.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Understand client needs, goals, and staffing requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and strengthen partnerships.

2. Account Management:

- Manage client accounts, including onboarding, renewals, and expansions, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Sales, and Project Management) to meet client needs and timelines.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, providing regular updates to clients on progress and milestones.

3. Market Research and Salary Benchmarking:

- Conduct in-depth research on South American salary trends and confirm market rates using local resources.
- Engage with qualified candidates in their home countries to gather salary range data and validate market insights.
- Use this information to create competitive and attractive project budgets for clients.

4. Business Development and Proposal Management:

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and present compelling proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with their budgets and project requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals by understanding client psychology and positioning our services as the best solution.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.

5. Communication and Reporting:

- Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, including account performance, project updates, and market insights.
- Participate in client meetings, conferences, and calls to discuss proposals, budgets, and project progress.

6. Problem Solving and Strategic Thinking:

- Address client issues promptly and effectively, escalating to internal teams when necessary.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Develop and implement account strategies to retain and grow client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Economics, Business Administration, related fields.
  • At least 4 years of experience in client account management.
  • Experience with nearshore or offshore operations.
  • Native-level English proficiency is required.
  • Strong understanding of Latin American salary benchmarks.
  • Skilled in negotiating contracts and closing deals while maintaining favorable terms for both parties.
  • Hubspot, Apollo proficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

Additional Information:

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm ART
  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week
  • Type of Contract: Independent contractor
  • 💰 Compensation: $1,800-2,200 USD per month
