About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Expert with a strong background in email marketing and automation to join our team. This role will focus on creating and managing email marketing campaigns, optimizing HubSpot workflows, and ensuring seamless lead handoffs to our recruitment team.

Your expertise will play a key role in driving lead engagement, nurturing potential applicants, and ensuring our recruitment pipeline is filled with qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Paid Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Audience Targeting: Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies to reach Customer Support Specialists effectively.
  • Budget Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI and achieve cost-per-lead (CPL) targets.
  • Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with the design team to create compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with our target audience.
  • Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead Nurturing: Work with the marketing and recruitment teams to ensure leads are effectively nurtured through the funnel.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular performance reports, analyze data, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Performance Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ad Platform Certifications: Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Ads are a plus.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and recruitment teams.
  • Startup Mindset: Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Fluent in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with lead generation campaigns for high-volume hiring or BPO industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot for lead tracking and nurturing.
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Experience with programmatic advertising or other advanced paid media strategies.

Additional Information:

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (US time zone to be determined).
  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week.
  • Type of Contract: Independent contractor.
