About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Specialist (Facebook Ads) to join a dynamic team focused on healthcare and medical device marketing. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns, a keen understanding of audience targeting, and the ability to drive exceptional results through data-driven strategies.

Your Responsibilities

    • Campaign Management:
      • Develop, launch, and manage Meta ads campaigns to drive traffic and boost sales.
      • Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance to improve ROI.
      • Manage budgets and ad spend effectively to maximize performance while controlling costs
    • Strategy & Collaboration: 
      • Create audience segmentation strategies tailored to different healthcare products and customer demographics.
      • Collaborate with the creative team to design ad creatives and compelling copy.
      • Ensure compliance with advertising guidelines specific to healthcare and medical devices.
      • Work with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns.
    • Performance Analysis:
      • Track and analyze campaign data to identify improvement opportunities, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
      • Adjust strategies to improve key metrics and optimize the sales funnel.

Requirements & Qualifications

      • Experience: At least 3 years of experience managing digital ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
      • Technical Expertise: Proficient in campaign setup, keyword research, A/B testing, and optimizing ad creatives.
      • Analytical Skills: Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, and other performance tracking tools for data-driven decision-making.
      • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, affiliates, and stakeholders.
      • Fast Learner: Ability to quickly grasp platform nuances, troubleshoot effectively, and execute campaigns efficiently to meet tight deadlines.

Additional Information:

    • Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET
    • Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
    • Contract Type: Independent Contractor
