Our Client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency focused on delivering exceptional marketing strategies for B2B and B2C clients. They specialize in a wide range of services including email marketing, web development, SEO, paid ads, content marketing, and social media.

About You: 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Strategist who is well-versed in marketing channels including email, social media, SEO, paid ads, and content marketing. This role focuses on building digital marketing strategies for B2B & B2C clients, deepening client relationships, ensuring client retention, and collaborating closely with other specialists on the marketing team. Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead Content & Social Media Initiatives: Create and distribute compelling content across multiple platforms, aligning with client goals.
  • SEO & Paid Ads Optimization: Develop and optimize strategies for organic and paid search, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Automated Lead Nurturing Campaigns: Design and execute email marketing and automation strategies to improve conversions.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and best practices to refine strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including content, design, and analytics, to execute effective campaigns.
  • Reporting & Performance Analysis: Track marketing performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies based on data insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, paid ads, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience in client relationship management, with the ability to build trust and provide exceptional support.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making abilities and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Additional Information:

  • Working Hours:

    Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST

  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week
  • Type of Contract: Independent contractor
