About The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant/Project Manager to lead the implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Field Service Lightning solutions for our clients. This role is client-facing and requires the management of both the technical and administrative aspects of the implementation process, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or Field Service Lightning, ensuring the successful delivery of each project phase from start to finish.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the project lifecycle, addressing their needs, and ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, including timelines, resource allocation, task management, and risk mitigation.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to project management, including preparing and tracking project documentation, status reports, and managing project budgets.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams (developers, designers) to ensure smooth project execution and that all technical deliverables align with client expectations.
- Continuously monitor project progress and suggest improvements to ensure efficiency, scalability, and high-quality delivery.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients on the use of Salesforce products after the implementation phase.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on Salesforce implementations.
- Experience managing Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or Field Service Lightning implementations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforces functionality, including but not limited to e-commerce solutions (Commerce Cloud) and field service operations (Field Service Lightning).
- Client-facing experience, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a consulting or client service role.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and customization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive complex projects to completion.
Additional Information:
- 🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST
- 💼 Full-Time: 40 hours per week
- 📄 Type of Contract: Independent contractor
