About the Role

We are looking for passionate and customer-obsessed Customer Support Specialists to join our client's growing call center. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support via phone and ensuring their issues are resolved quickly and with empathy. If you love helping people, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Quickly respond to high-volume inbound customer requests via phone.
  • Resolve customer issues, questions, or concerns promptly and with empathy.
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements:

  • English proficiency (C1-C2 level).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar role.
  • College degree in communication, marketing, languages or similar (preferred)
  • A stable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet office space.
  • Customer-obsessed with a track record of going above and beyond for the customer.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Additional Information:

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (US time-zone to be determined)
  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week
