Sr. Finance Analyst

About The Role:

Were looking for a Sr. Finance Analyst to take ownership of financial operations at a fast-paced digital agency. This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with leadership, optimize financial processes, and drive profitability.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, playing a crucial role in our growth and success. You'll get to wear many hats, from managing client contracts to crunching numbers and ensuring our financial health.

Responsibilities:

• Own & Optimize Financial Operations Oversee bookkeeping, drive accurate reporting, and ensure smooth financial processes.
• Billing & Revenue Analysis Manage client billing, identify revenue opportunities, and improve financial efficiencies.
• Financial Strategy & Cash Flow Keep a pulse on cash flow, working capital, and financial forecasts to ensure the agencys financial strength.
• Tech & Systems Mastery Implement and refine financial tools, automation, and reporting dashboards.
• Growth & Profitability Drive financial optimizations, reduce waste, and maximize profitability across departments.
• Collaborate & Influence Work closely with department heads, helping make smarter financial decisions with clear insights.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in accounting.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience managing cash flow, working capital, and financial planning.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks.
• Analytical & strategic mindset able to think beyond the numbers.
• Process-driven & tech-savvy comfortable optimizing and automating workflows.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments (agency/startup experience preferred).

Additional Information:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM PT (flexible)
