About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Expert with a strong background in email marketing and automation to join our team. This role will focus on creating and managing email marketing campaigns, optimizing HubSpot workflows, and ensuring seamless lead handoffs to our recruitment team.

Your expertise will play a key role in driving lead engagement, nurturing potential applicants, and ensuring our recruitment pipeline is filled with qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Design, build, and execute targeted email campaigns tailored to Customer Support Specialists.
  • HubSpot Workflows: Create and manage automated email sequences to move leads through the funnelfrom awareness to application.
  • CRM Management: Set up forms, tag lists, and maintain/optimize our HubSpot CRM for maximum efficiency.
  • Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain programs to engage potential applicants and guide them through the funnel.
  • Automation & Integration: Set up automation workflows (e.g., HubSpot-Zapier integrations) to seamlessly move leads between HubSpot and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaboration with Recruitment Team: Work closely with Recruitment Team Leads to ensure qualified leads are assigned to recruiters for follow-up calls and further engagement.
  • Third-Party Integrations: Leverage tools like WhatsApp and other platforms to enhance lead engagement and communication.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Use HubSpot and Google Analytics to track campaign performance, analyze data, and refine strategies for better results.

Requirements:

  • HubSpot Certified: Proven expertise in using Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CRM tools.
  • Email Marketing Experience: Strong background in creating and managing email campaigns, preferably in high-volume environments.
  • Automation Skills: Hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows, automation, and integrations (e.g., Zapier).
  • CRM Expertise: Demonstrated success in CRM management, segmentation, and optimization.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Experience working cross-functionally, especially with recruitment or sales teams.
  • Startup Mindset: Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Fluent in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with third-party integrations like WhatsApp for lead engagement.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience in industries with high-volume hiring needs, such as customer support, call centers, or staffing.

Additional Information:

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (US time zone to be determined)
  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week
  • Type of Contract: Independent contractor
