About the Job
We are seeking a Salesforce & Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our clients team! In this role, you will work directly with clients, managing both Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud to drive success and growth.

Your expertise will play a key role in ensuring seamless integrations and maximizing the impact of Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot) to support business needs.
- Work directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle the technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud tools.
- Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns within Pardot.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer engagement and marketing strategies.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and best practices to clients and team members.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Strong understanding of email marketing automation, lead nurturing, and campaign tracking.
- Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, workflows, automation, and integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications in CRM and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience working with B2B marketing automation.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or AMPscript for email customization.
Additional Information
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM ET
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week
- Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
