About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing event marketing agency that works with top-tier brands to deliver innovative, high-impact experiences. This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll be responsible for converting qualified inbound leads into closed deals.

You'll speak directly with CMOs, senior marketers, and decision-makers to understand their goals and pitch solutions that elevate their brand through premium event-based marketing. If you're a confident closer with a consultative sales approach and experience selling marketing services, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead Qualification & Sales

  • Manage and convert inbound leads into paying clients
  • Run discovery calls to identify prospect needs and tailor solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals based on client objectives
  • Own the sales cycle from first contact to signed contract

Relationship Building

  • Build trust with marketing executives through strategic conversations
  • Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and shorten the sales cycle
  • Represent the brand in a professional and consultative manner

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Align closely with leadership to optimize sales strategy and messaging
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and deal progress in CRM
  • Report on pipeline activity and performance metrics regularly

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in marketing, media, or event services
  • Proven success managing a pipeline and closing deals with senior stakeholders
  • Communication: Native-level English (C2), both spoken and written
  • Mindset: Resourceful, persuasive, and results-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Bonus: Experience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot

Additional Information

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM ET
  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
