About the Role
Are you a Google Ads expert passionate about creating high-performing campaigns that drive measurable business growth? If you excel at optimizing PPC strategies, analyzing data for impactful decisions, and delivering exceptional ROI, we want to hear from you! As a Google Ads Specialist, you will manage and optimize paid search campaigns to increase visibility, attract qualified traffic, and drive conversions.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and Optimize Google Ads Campaigns
- Design, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Conduct keyword research to target relevant audiences
- A/B test ad copy for optimal performance
Lead Link Building Efforts
- Identify backlink opportunities, conduct outreach campaigns, and implement strategies to secure high-quality links.
- Collaborate with team to ensure link-building efforts align with SEO goals.
Analyze Performance and Refine Strategies
- Use tools like Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking to analyze campaign performance.
- Report on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Implement data-driven optimizations to improve results.
Technical SEO Oversight
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues such as site speed, Core Web Vitals, and indexing errors.
- Implement schema markup, meta tags, and other optimizations to improve search engine performance.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website architecture.
Keyword Research and On-Site Optimization
- Conduct keyword research for both SEO and SEM to align organic and paid strategies.
- Optimize website content and on-page SEO elements to improve organic rankings.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Google Ads Proficiency
- Prior exprience at a marketing agency preferred
- At least 2-3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Expertise with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
- Proven track record in link building and securing high-quality backlinks.
Would Love If You Have:
- Background in luxury or premium brands.
- Multilingual SEO/SEM expertise or familiarity with international markets.
- Skills in video/image SEO and content creation using AI tools.
Additional Information:
- Working Hours: 9am-5pm PT (flexible)
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
- Type of Contract: Independent contractor
