About the Role
Are you a technical, analytical, and creative Email Marketing Specialist? Were looking for an expert in email marketing tools who is passionate about creating campaigns that convert. If you have experience with advanced email automation and enjoy crafting engaging content, we want to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Email Marketing Strategy: Create targeted, dynamic email campaigns that align with customer journeys and business goals.
- Audience Segmentation:Leverage Klaviyo to segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and engagement history for hyper-personalized campaigns.
- Advanced Email Automation: Confidently manage and execute campaigns in Klaviyo, Constant Contact, and HubSpot using automation techniques.
- Content Creation: Design and write personalized, engaging email content tailored to segmented audiences.
- Performance Analytics: nalyze key email performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and optimize strategies based on insights..
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and the marketing team to deliver cohesive and visually appealing campaigns.
- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of the curve with emerging tools, trends, and best practices in social media.
- Graphic Design Support: Use tools like Photoshop or Illustrator to enhance email visuals when needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Constant Contact.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in audience segmentation and personalization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and implement improvements.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen eye for design.
- Experience managing large-scale email campaigns from start to finish.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Passion for innovation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Would Love If You Have:
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
- A proactive and data-driven mindset.
Additional Information:
- 🕘 Working Hours: 9am-5pm PT (flexible)
- 💼 Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
- 📄 Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
