About the Role:

We are looking for a High-Volume Recruiter with experience in the BPO industry to help us scale our customer support team across LATAM. This role is focused on screening, organizing, and nurturing a pipeline of 100-200 candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and qualify top talent for high-volume customer support roles.
• Maintain and track candidate data in the recruitment system.
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified, ready-to-hire candidates.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screenings, and initial candidate assessments.
• Schedule interviews and facilitate a smooth hiring process.
• Ensure company staffing targets are met by filling 50+ roles per month.
• Support candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition from hire to start date.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-volume BPO recruiting in LATAM (50+ hires per month).
• Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and processes.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High emotional intelligence to nurture and engage candidates.
• Ability to employ proactive sourcing and recruiting strategies.
• Advanced, near-native English proficiency (both written and spoken).

Other:

• Working Hours: Set schedule 9:00am-5:00pm EST
• 40 hours of work per week
• Type of Contract: Independent contractor
