About Us

As we expand our presence in Mauritius,we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our boutique store, ensuring high performance in sales, customer satisfaction, and team management - while embodying the spirit of Ayurveda and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Shop & Stock Management

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and brand consistency.

Manage stock levels through timely ordering, regular audits, and stock rotation.

Implement inventory control measures to reduce shrinkage and maintain optimal product availability.

Design and maintain visually appealing store displays aligned with Spa Ceylons luxury standards.

Staff Leadership

Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver appropriate customer service.

Plan and manage staff rosters, attendance, and peak-time coverage.

Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth through development plans.

Create a supportive and motivating work environment.

Sales & Marketing

Lead the team to achieve sales targets through effective strategies and upselling

techniques.

Plan and execute in-store marketing activities, including promotions and brand-aligned events.

Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to drive improvements.

Work closely with the marketing team to align local promotions with national campaigns.

Customer Experience

Ensure a superior, memorable customer experience at every touchpoint.

Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

Foster customer loyalty and retention through personalized service.

Administrative & Reporting Duties

Maintain accurate financial records, manage budgets, and prepare regular performance

reports.

Ensure compliance with Spa Ceylons policies, as well as health, safety, and legal

standards.

Liaise with senior management on store operations and strategic opportunities.
