Job Purpose:

As a Barman/ Barmaid, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages. You will also be in charge of maintaining the bar area, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times.

Key duties :

• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take drink orders and prepare them accurately and efficiently.
• Create and serve cocktails and other specialty drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Ensure all bar equipment is in good working condition.
• Stock and restock bar inventory as needed.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and drink service.
• Upsell and promote special drinks and promotions.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a Barman/ Barmaid in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of different types of drinks and their recipes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
