KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To select and interview the shortlisted candidates.
• To hire qualified candidates that match the client/project requirement.
• To be resourceful and using the tools provided efficiently.
• To meet the required daily targets by MGT.
• To ensure that the ATS and candidate record are updated in a timely manner.

ATTRIBUTES

• Min Diploma holder with experience in recruitment.
• Bilingual profile English and French at C1 level.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Flexibility to work odd hours.
• Previous experience of working with an ATS like Workday.
• Appropriate knowledge in Bulk Recruitment specific to BPO and call centers.
