Location: Port-Louis and the North region
MAIN FUNCTION:
The Regional Supervisor is responsible to assist the Guarding Manager in the supervision of the guarding activities in his assigned region and ensure customers satisfaction.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and monitor Security Guards, Officers and Drivers/Supervisors performance and build good relationships.
- Train new recruits on sites specificities.
- Ensure that all sites are covered for day and night shift.
- Ensure that Drivers/Supervisors know the exact location of all Alarm sites and that they respond timely to alarm intervention requests.
- Inspect company vehicles, investigate, and report any damage and misuse.
- Perform day and night checks.
- Prepare roster, keep it updated and adjust as and when required.
- Follow absences and leave requests.
- Ensure that accurate attendance is given to Head Office.
- Ensure that all the sites receive the necessary proactive visits and meet clients.
- Report any abnormalities and follow up for necessary action.
- Liaise with clients and ensure that requests and complaints are properly addressed.
- Assist the Guarding Manager in surveys.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- At least a diploma in Management or any other related field.
- A previous experience in the security field or any other similar role would constitute a definite advantage.
- A previous experience in a supervisory role.
- A valid Manual Driving License is a MUST.
