About the job Guest Experience Agent (German Speaking)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner, providing information and support in English and German.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Perform check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all guests.
Address and manage guest feedback, both positive and negative, and escalate issues to management as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and special requests.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in our system.
Assist in organizing and facilitating guest events or special functions when required.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the overall guest experience based on feedback and observations.
Qualifications:
Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are a plus.
Previous experience in guest services or a customer-facing role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing guest needs.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
