Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner, providing information and support in English and German.

  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all guests.

  • Address and manage guest feedback, both positive and negative, and escalate issues to management as needed.

  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and special requests.

  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in our system.

  • Assist in organizing and facilitating guest events or special functions when required.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the overall guest experience based on feedback and observations.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are a plus.

  • Previous experience in guest services or a customer-facing role is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing guest needs.

  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
