Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Admin Coordinator to join a dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will assist in the execution of marketing initiatives, prepare reports, manage digital platforms, and support various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Initiatives Execution:

    • Assist in the execution of various marketing initiatives as directed by the marketing manager.
  2. IBP Report Preparation:

    • Collect data from pamphlets and monitor competitor activities to prepare Integrated Business Reporting (IBP) reports.
  3. Administrative Support:

    • Manage purchase orders (PO) and follow up with agencies and suppliers for visuals, materials, and activities.
    • Prepare materials for marketing activities and ensure timely delivery and quality.
  4. Digital Platform Management:

    • Plan, schedule, and moderate allocated digital platforms according to the content calendar within agreed timelines.
    • Collate data from digital platforms for monthly reporting.
  5. Integrated Marketing Calendar:

    • Assist in implementing the integrated marketing calendar to ensure all marketing activities are coordinated and aligned.
  6. Promotional Collateral:

    • Follow up on promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding.
  7. Marketing Activities:

    • Assist in the preparation and execution of tastings and other marketing events and activities.
  8. Competitor and Customer Insights:

    • Conduct competitor and customer insights analysis to support marketing strategies.
  9. Agency and Supplier Liaison:

    • Liaise with advertising agencies and suppliers to coordinate marketing materials and activities.
  10. Regulatory Framework Verification:

    • Assist with regulatory framework verifications to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  11. Complaints Coordination:

    • Coordinate and record complaints as per defined protocols, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing support or administrative role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools.
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements in the marketing industry.
  • Analytical skills for competitor and customer insights analysis.

Other Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid driving license.

Working Conditions:

  • Full time position at Port louis
  • Must be able to work flexible hours to meet deadlines and attend events.
  • Occasional travel may be required for marketing events and activities.
