Operation Supervision

To oversee daily operations within our Technical Department. This role involves planning, coordinating, and ensuring the efficient execution of installation and maintenance tasks for our customers.

• Daily Operations Planning: Develop and implement daily operational plans to optimize efficiency and productivity within the Technical Department.
• Installation and Maintenance Oversight: Supervise and follow up on installation and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting best practices.
• Customer Liaison: Communicate with customers regarding project timelines, updates, and any issues that arise during the installation and maintenance processes.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational performance and present findings to upper management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in operations supervision or a similar role, preferably within a technical environment would be a plus.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Valid drivers license is mandatory.
• Technical background or relevant certifications are a plus.
