What are the requirements:

Build good working relationships.

Research prospects and generate leads.

Understand the needs of your business customers.

Research the market and related products.

Present the product or service favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.

Develop sales strategies with the team.

Contact/ meet potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.

Prepare and send quotes and proposals.

Working towards monthly and annual targets.

Experience and passionate about sales will be an advantage.

Knowledge of MS Office software.

Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.

Analytical and Numerical skills.

Ability to create and deliver presentations.

Ability to influence and negotiate with others.

Fast learner and quick thinker.

Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment with resilience.

Strong communication skills, including both verbal and written.

A driving license is essential for the job.

Salary Range:

Envisaged Salary Range (Excluding Transport): Mur22, 000 to MUR25, 000

+ commissions
