  • Conduct regular inventory checks, track usage, and manage the ordering of supplies.
  • Implement procedures for inventory control, including proper storage, handling, and rotation of products.
  • Oversee the delivery and replenishment of mini bar items to guest rooms, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests related to the mini bar service.
  • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by ensuring all mini bar items are of high quality and well-presented.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to mini bar staff on service standards, product knowledge, and safety procedures.
  • Encourage staff development and professional growth through training programs and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor and manage mini bar expenses to adhere to budgetary constraints.
  • Implement cost-effective measures without compromising service quality.
  • Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping and front desk, to ensure seamless integration of mini bar services.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing department to select and procure mini bar items that meet guest preferences and budget requirements.
