Job Title: Personal Assistant to CEO

Job Purpose:
The PA supports the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, providing high-level administrative and information management support. The role contributes to the client's mission of becoming a world-class leader in educational products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. CEO Support: Manage the CEO's schedule, arrange meetings, handle travel and visa arrangements, and provide general executive assistance.
  2. Executive Leadership Support: Set up meetings, draft agendas, take minutes, and assist with administrative tasks.
  3. Governance Duties: Handle company governance tasks including director updates, insurance, and health & safety compliance.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Manage diaries, process holiday requests, and maintain data protection and filing systems.
  5. Communication: Transcribe, format, and route correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain confidentiality.

Nature and Scope:
The role is dynamic and high-profile, requiring confidentiality, exceptional multi-tasking, and effective communication across diverse groups.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant secretarial qualifications and proven executive PA experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to draft correspondence and handle confidential information with minimal supervision.
