Senior Motion Designer
An experienced animator with high level knowledge on 2D animation, motion graphics and video editing.The Senior motion designer is able to work independently and assume ownership of a project. Ability to assist project managers in estimation. The Senior Motion Designer is able to work closely with the leads and clients.

Core Duties:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure high quality solutions, timely delivery and consistent focus
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management skills
-Work on all tasks assigned to by the project lead
-Able to work independently as well as collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow
- Reports to Senior/Principal/Manager on a daily basis
- Maintain good work communication with partners
- Video editing, adaptations, versioning and localization for advertisement of global brands for various
countries.
- Video compositing and sound mixing.
-Design and create captivating motion graphics/2D animations for video deliverables (Adverts, corporate
videos, eLearning etc.)
-Create videos in various media including TV, web, mobile, etc.
-Work with creative teams to understand project scope and objectives and execute work
-Follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of working files.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.
-Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
