Job Title: SEO Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of SMB (Small and Medium-sized Business) clients' SEO on a daily basis.
- Conduct high-quality SEO audits aligned with client marketing strategies and technical constraints.
- Analyze data to develop innovative strategies and identify the best SEO optimization actions.
- Execute the full scope of an annual SEO service, excluding content writing:
- Conduct audits (technical, semantic, editorial, linking, etc.).
- Define SEO strategy.
- Implement operational SEO strategy.
- Monitor and assist with SEO recommendation implementations.
- Provide SEO reporting (rankings, traffic, etc.).
- Track and analyze performance, provide optimization recommendations.
- Undertake one-time missions such as semantic studies, SEO audits (technical, linking, content, local), SEO strategy development, net linking campaigns, on-site optimizations, competitive benchmarks, etc.
- Manage project profitability (quality, deadlines, costs).
- Develop revenue from the client portfolio.
Required Profile:
- Successful SEO experience:
- 1 year for junior profiles.
- 3 years for intermediate profiles.
- 5+ years for senior profiles.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Familiarity with standard SEO tools.
- Bonus: basic development skills (PHP, MySQL, JavaScript), ability to modify HTML, CSS, HTaccess, and Robots.txt files, familiarity with market CMS.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for clear and quality deliverables.
- Team player with strong organizational skills and respect for deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken French.
- Autonomous, rigorous, curious, and passionate about SEO.
