Job description and Specification.

-Greet and check in guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
-Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and
effectively.
-Provide detailed information about hotel services, local attractions, and
amenities.
-Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations to enhance their stay.
-Resolve complaints and issues in a tactful manner, ensuring guest
satisfaction.
-Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude, even in challenging situations.
-Assist with room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
-Verify guest information and ensure accurate booking details.
-Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
-Handle billing and payment procedures with attention to detail.
-Maintain guest records and update information as needed.

Experience and Qualifications

-Have a minimum SC or equivalent certificate.
-Be conversant in French and English languages.
-Be willing to do overtime and work on weekends.
-Maintain a good hygiene.
-Be available in case of emergency.
-Have a clean Certificate of Character.
-Experience in a similar work environment would be an advantage.
